In up to 2,000 words, please draw on the leadership perspectives and theories introduced in this unit to reflect on and analyse your strengths/ weaknesses in leadership development and identify the opportunities/threats along your leadership journey in the next three years.

 

(1)   drawing on the leadership perspectives introduced in this unit, list up to three strengths/weaknesses that can significantly impact your leadership development and effectiveness. These strengths/weaknesses can be your professional expertise, personality traits, skills, knowledge, social network and capital, or any other personal resources that you have/lack. Please support your arguments using the theories, concepts, and insights from the relevant leadership perspectives.
