As a recent graduate, you have secured a training managerial position with Xerox head-office. Here your role is to impress the higher management. Your initial objective is to describe the characteristics of successful teams. After that you will have to first assess the importance of team roles and then analyse the value of using theoretical model when building successful business teams.
Once you finish this first segment you must explain the stages of team development and plan how to motivate team members to achieve given objectives.
