Brief of my Company backgrounds

My company established in 2012, is a training center conducting safety courses included.

• Rope Access technician
• Work at height supervisor & manager
• First Aid course
• Personal Protection Equipment Inspection course
• Confined Space course

We have 4 trainers in the training center and our trainees can be from overseas.

Courses enroll position for worker, Supervisor and Managerial level and they can be coming from India, Bangladeshi, Myanmar, Indonesia, Taiwan, Thailand and Hong Kong but now due to Covid-19 border closed so…

Problems

Facing problems are the.

• Trainees insufficient to form class, not able to cover our cost if still insist to conduct the lesson.
• Course fee very competitive with other training center.
• Naughty trainees e.g trainees might think they paid for the course and training center cannot stop them for doing nonsense behavior included sleep around the training area while resting, eating food in the training area, smoking in the premises etc.
• Problem to engage qualify trainer be it local or overseas, for overseas trainer fee is too expensive.
